JoyDell's was started in 1993 by JOYce & caDELL Welch with just 2 tanning beds. They based their business on their faith in God and their belief in the benefits of tanning -especially the output of Vitamin D. In 2013, they sold the business (2 locations and 43 units) in order to further devote their lives to God in their roles at Family Church.  You'll still find them here from time to time just stopping in to see how things are going.

JoyDell's lives on through Chris and Nikia Youngblood who also own and operate Funcessories where Nikia creates fun clothing and accessories with monogramming and vinyl applications. 
Chris is employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a Wildlife Biologist. When not ridding the area of pesky animals, you might find Chris here as well, serving as our resident handyman.
Together, they have 3 boys - Grayson, Treyten, and Blaine - a lapdog named Gizzy, and a duckdog named Hank who keep them running in their "spare" time. 
In January 2018, they combined the two businesses to make one big location full of fun and sun.
​We've downsized a little to accommodate Funcessories, but we still offer 19 tanning units with 8 different options for your tanning convenience.  And although JoyDell's may have new owners and a new look, we hope to carry on the same level of courtesy, caring and professionalism that Joyce & Cadell insisted on.  We look forward to many more years of serving White Hall and our surrounding areas with beautiful tans and Vitamin D under the guidance of Nikia and Chris.
